What’s tracked

Event type	Description
Payment	Successful subscription payment
Refund	Credit refund to your payment method
Upgrade	Plan upgrade
Downgrade	Plan downgrade
Cancellation	Subscription cancellation

Each event shows the amount, date, payment method, and plan tier at the time.

Go to Settings → Billing to:
