# Live Chat Support

> In-app support chat system.

RealtorAAI includes a built-in support chat system with AI-powered responses and human agent escalation.

## How it works

1. Users open the **Help Center** chat from the dashboard
2. AI provides instant answers to common questions
3. If needed, the conversation is escalated to a live support agent
4. After resolution, users can rate the experience

## Agent features

* **Availability status** — online, away, or offline
* **Concurrent chat limits** — configurable per agent
* **Specialties** — route conversations to the right expertise
* **Canned responses** — pre-built quick replies for common questions

## Auto-resolution

Conversations that have been inactive for a configurable period are automatically resolved and closed.

## Transcripts

Users receive an email transcript of their conversation after it's resolved.
