# Admin Analytics

Monitor platform-wide usage, performance, and user satisfaction.

## Dashboards

## App ratings

Users can rate the app and provide free-text feedback. Ratings are tracked over time to identify trends and areas for improvement.

## Announcement banners

Admins can configure announcement banners shown to all users:

* Custom message, emoji, and highlight text
* Gradient color customization
* Optional spot counter for urgency
* Enable/disable toggle

## Beta access
