# Credits

> Understanding the credit system.

Credits are the currency for AI actions in Realtora AI. Every AI-powered feature — reels, content generation, virtual staging, and more — consumes credits.

## Credits by plan

## How credits work

| Concept               | Description                                                     |
| --------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Balance**           | Your current available credits (plan + bonus)                   |
| **Monthly allowance** | Credits granted each billing period                             |
| **Bonus credits**     | Extra credits from signup bonus, boosters, or milestone rewards |
| **Trial reels**       | Free reel generations for new Pro subscribers                   |

## Credit costs

Each AI action shows its credit cost before you confirm:

* **Content generation** (captions, hooks, scripts) — lowest cost
* **Image editing** (virtual staging, branded posts) — moderate cost
* **AI Reels** (video generation) — highest cost

## Milestone rewards

For every **30 credits spent**, you earn **5 bonus credits** automatically. Claim them from your dashboard when they appear.

## Booster packs

Need more credits before your next billing cycle? Top up without upgrading:

## Checking your balance

Your credit balance is always visible in the dashboard sidebar. View a detailed transaction history showing every deduction, refund, and bonus.

## Refunds

If an AI action fails, credits are automatically refunded to your balance — split back to the correct pool (plan credits vs bonus credits).
